Founded in 2012, DesignJet Services boasts a highly skilled team of engineers with over 24 years of experience.

DesignJet Services provides many different services, including: ​

• Fault finding and error code analysis.​

• Repairs servicing and maintenance for large format printers and plotters.

• Annual maintenance contracts

• Sales of refurbished printers.

• Sales of printer parts

• Installation and networking

• Relocation and re-comissioning of printers. 

• Sale of printer parts.

       Our highly skilled team are trained to work with both HP and Canon products. 

​

       Engineers will carry a stock of parts with them in their vehicles, meaning that most

       repairs can be fixed on the first visit. 

 

       We offer a call-out charge, which includes one hour of labour. The majority of

       repairs are fixed within one hour ,additional labour charged in quarterly hour segments.
